I'm not local. Can I still order?
Absolutely. We offer mail-in mold kits for customers nationwide. We'll provide everything you need, along with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return label.
How long does the process take?
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Since every item is made to order, quality takes priority over speed. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline during your consultation.
What materials do you work with?
We offer sterling silver, 10k, 14k, and 18k gold. Additional custom options and stone settings are available during consultation.
Can I create my own design?
Absolutely. You're not limited to the designs shown on our website. Whether you have a sketch, inspiration photos, or a completely original idea, we can bring your vision to life.
Do you offer custom jewelry besides grillz?
Yes. In addition to custom grillz, we produce pendants, rings, bracelets, chains, and other one-of-one custom pieces.
What if my impressions are rejected?
The quality of your impressions directly affects the fit of your grillz. If impressions are not taken properly, AWRA reserves the right to request new impressions before production begins.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because every piece is custom made, all sales are final. Mold kits are one-time use and non-refundable.
